FAQs
Questions? Please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] or contact Program Coordinator Josh Eidem at 651-335-0030.
What time will the sessions be offered?
We are planning for 6pm-9pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and 5-9pm Sunday evenings, and 9am-12pm on Saturday mornings. Mondays and Thursdays may have 7pm and 8pm sessions as well. This is not set in stone because we may make adjustments based on enrollment.
What if we miss a session? Is there make ups?
There are not make ups - please think of this more as a gym membership than a step-by-step baseball/softball clinic. We know our athletes improve over time, and a missed session here or there should be considered normal in a full off season program.
What does a session generally look like?
Sessions are 50-55 minutes, groups of 6, 12 athletes in the facility at one time, 2-3 coaches. 20-25 minutes of hitting, 20-25 minutes of defensive glove work, ground balls, and core strength.
Is there pitching specific work for baseball and softball players?
Not for off season academy - please see our pitching programs.
Will softball players and baseball players be scheduled together?
Softball players may be scheduled at the same time, but work together in their own group.
