Team philosophy
Development over wins and losses, always.
Our Charge teams will look for a minimum of three pitchers and three catchers - we believe in players playing multiple positions to develop into well rounded athletes ready to compete on any team they play for in their futures.
We are committed to providing a positive environment where our athletes love to train and get 1% better every day. We don't promise non-parent coaches, or promise all parent coaches - we just promise that the coaches we put with your athletes live our philosophy, love the game, and love to teach.

WINTER DEVELOPMENT
Training is at the heart of what we do at Big Fish Performance!
Our WI Charge athletes are part of our off season programs - our hitting program with coaches Brian Giebel and Lucas Luedtke, our pitching development with Coach Steph Anderson, and our catching and infield programs.
