How It Works

2. Coach Breakdown - One of our coaches reviews your video, draws over key mechanical checkpoints, and compares it to model mechanics.
3. Get Your Feedback - You'll receive your annotated video back along with written notes and drill recommendations, typically within 2-3 business days.

What's Included
Every submission includes an annotated, marked-up video breakdown of your swing or pitching mechanics, frame-by-frame notes on what to work on, and suggested drills to fix the issues we find. For pitchers, we also use the Mustard app to help analyze your delivery, giving you additional biomechanical insights alongside your video breakdown. Mustard overlays motion-capture tracking on your pitching video and scores key metrics like timing, balance, hip-shoulder swivel, release, and stack & track against pro benchmarks, so you get objective, data-backed feedback alongside our coaching notes.
